If you don't think he should swear, then why are you telling him that it's okay as long as he swears, but makes it transparent? That's still swearing ffs.

Also, don't tell other users what to do, they're just fuckin' words, the only real thing you should be worried about is how people use them.

On a side-note, in most countries, swearing is generally considered normal by that age. Most TV shows that include course language "aren't recommended for viewers under the age of fourteen".
