Re: Rayman 3
Well, because this is a topic about Rayman 3, i think i can write down here my problem trusting that anybody knows how to help.
I've bougth Rayman 3 HD for the x-box and already started to play it. When I have finished the summit beyond the clouds I quit continuing the story to complete earlier stages to make a better score there. So I've played the other stages, then I finished Hoodlum's headquarters and then when I usually would be sent to the tower of leptys, I just went back to the main menu automatically. And from this moment I wasn't able anymore to start the last stage.
Does someone from you know how to fix this problem or do I have to give my beautiful score up and start a new game?

Re: Rayman 3
Oh dear, that's the game breaking glitch that makes R3HD so abhorred. I think you might have to start from scratch, don't replay any levels until you've beaten the game.

Speaking of 'Rayman 3 under drugs'
You'l see lots of that here.
skip to 2:00 on this video here.
It can get quite interesting if you watch it long enough.

oh man... well, it can't be helped... and besides, i'd never mind to play again the levels of a rayman-game~Master wrote:Oh dear, that's the game breaking glitch that makes R3HD so abhorred. I think you might have to start from scratch, don't replay any levels until you've beaten the game.

Re: Rayman 3
I've got a question to do to smartphone and tablet users. I just read today in a magazine while I was outside, that the GBA port of Rayman 3 was available for free in Google Play. Did you guys know anything? I didn't find it.
Re: Rayman 3
It is possible that it was at one point on store but that it got removed when many games such as Crash Mutant Island were removed as well. I found many .apk files online but they seem to be all custom fanmade with injecting GBA ROM, and the one I found has text display problem. Could you scan that page of magazine?
Re: Rayman 3
I don't have the magazine (because I read this in a medical clinic) but I did photograph the page. After some research, I think the crew didn't notice they tested out a fanmade application that is an injected rom that works from Android 1.5+ I think.
Re: Rayman 3
Heh, we might as well just get Gameboid Emulator and R3 GBA ROM and play without glitched text like the fanmade .apk
Since Crash Mutant Island is Java game, I think Android port was also fanmade of that game too and Google probably removed all those apps since there was no copyright for it and were ported without permission.

Re: Rayman 3
I haven't seen any Rayman 3 app on Google Play, Haruka.
Hm, has anyone managed to resolve that issue on the Sssam level where the ground goes all wibbly wobbly when you jump?

Just sounded very British to me.
Re: Rayman 3
I saw it. I downloaded it and it crashed every time but I recognized it was the GBA version. I don't know if it's available anymore.Haruka wrote:I've got a question to do to smartphone and tablet users. I later did some research and I concluded that the magazine crew didn't notice it was a fanmade app with an injected GBA ROM of the game. So it is pretty much a fake.
Re: Rayman 3
What a bummer, considering GBA version was prted to Java phones. They could have done same to Android phones.

Re: Rayman 3
Meh, even without an official app, doesn't take much to play R3 GBA on an Android device anyways.
Re: Rayman 3
That's why I'm not worried. What I would appreciate though is if Gameloft was bringing back the N-GAGE port adapted to Android devices. The N-GAGE version has got exclusive levels and details, but sadly it is not known to be emulatable.

Re: Rayman 3
Ah, I see, that would be interesting to have a play with, I admit. Still, at least some form of the experience is readily available for use.
Re: Rayman 3
I never understood why was there no emulator for it. Is it that hard to emulate?Haruka wrote:That's why I'm not worried. Also, is buying N-Gage worth?

Re: Rayman 3
Considering it was a flop, I'd assume acquiring one would be better suited for collective purposes as opposed to practical.
