Depends on what the update is, if it's one filled with much more eye candy, I'd assume so, such as Gingerbread to ICS, but I'm sure there are performance enhancing updates as well, I'm pretty sure Jelly Bean was meant to be better performing than ICS.

I understand the portability factor but the truth is that I enjoy larger screens for every kind of task. Since drawing until gaming, hence why I've picked up a tablet.mr fiat wrote:i prefer a reasonably sized phone, but thats just how i feel. i cant put tablets in my pockets and they are slightly too clunky to take to school/work etc.Haruka wrote:I am currently browsing with my tablet.
with that said i seriously need a new one my current one (LG L3) is too small (240x320 on 3.2") and way too slow (800mhz 1 core overclocked to 1ghz and 300mb useable ram). even after rooting, upgrading android version and overclocking it, its still a pile of crap.

Unfortunately it's a hell lot of work and I'm afraid it's not planned anytime soon.

The forum works quite well on a mobile browser. The only annoying thing I find are the small 'view latest post' buttons, and to hit them properly with your finger, you need to zoom really far in; the same goes for navigating thread pages as well, though that's not done as often so it's not really a problem.

It sure works well, it's just harder to use.
Re: Who also uses their smart phones to post here at RaymanP
I would say it depends from smartphone to smartphone.

Hm, Humch, why is it that the titles get cut off? Looking at the posts on the front page, it doesn't occur then, so was this cut off introduced later on?

Sorry, could you please be more specific? Do you mean topic titles? On which page? On which platform?

Re: Who also uses their smart phones to post here at RaymanP
I refer to the subject title above our posts, like this very one now, instead for stating the whole:
I'm running Windows 7 32bit, and viewing on Chrome 31.0.1650.63 m
It comes up as:Who also uses their smart phones to post here at RaymanPC?
It's curious because all posts from this one backwards all have it display properly, instead of being cut off.Re: Who also uses their smart phones to post here at RaymanP

The issues seems to have arisen following a software update, it should be fixed now.
