Re: Rayman Legends
Nowadays I just think the Glade of Dreams is a fucked up place where shit just happens and you can't explain it.

Re: Rayman Legends
Considering the Bubble Dreamer's been on the hookah, and who knows what else, it's no bloody wonder.

Re: Rayman Legends
I don't expect anything until E3, at the very least.
Re: Rayman Legends
My bets are that R1 HD Remake will be announced at E3.
Some of you may bring up and say how Ancel does not like revisiting games but R2 had a remake and bunch of ports. While R1 had a fair amount of ports, it deserves remake too.

Re: Rayman Legends
I don't really think there is any reason to believe that it will be a likely announcement, though.

Re: Rayman Legends
Concurred, and while what you say is true, OCG, consider how many sub-par Rayman ports there have been.
Re: Rayman Legends
I personally don't think that anything really big will come out this year, but I have more believes for 2015. It doesn't mean I won't watch this year's conference of Ubisoft, though.
Re: Rayman Legends
Ah well, time will tell, but like every year, I will watch Ubisoft, Sony and Nintendo Press Conferences.

Re: Rayman Legends
On the contrary, while I'm sceptical about things on the Rayman side of things currently, I'm very interested in how E3 plays out this year, this'll be the first post-PS4/One release E3, and I wonder how they'll be proceeding now.

Re: Rayman Legends
Basically what I think will happen is that there will be a new Rayman announced this year, but it will be a late 2015 release from the start, and for all consoles, so they don't pull any of the stupid things they did with Legends.

Re: Rayman Legends
Hopefully they'll release it on a month that doesn't have a Triple A title coming out.Bionichute wrote:Basically what I think will happen is that there will be a new Rayman announced this year, but it will be a late 2015 release from the start, and for all consoles, so they don't pull any of the stupid things they did with Legends.
Re: Rayman Legends
I don't expect any Rayman announcements this E3, but their porting of Rayman Legends to Xbox One and PS4 does seem like a preparation for a possible future installment. As Haruka said, 2015 seems more likely.

Exactly. That, and the fact that Christophe Héral has been teasing Beyond Good & Evil 2 for 2014 on his facebook page... Although I don't really believe it, I do think we'll get to see more from that game soon.Master wrote:On the contrary, while I'm sceptical about things on the Rayman side of things currently, I'm very interested in how E3 plays out this year, this'll be the first post-PS4/One release E3, and I wonder how they'll be proceeding now.
Re: Rayman Legends
I have a question. Will Funky Ray become a purchasable character on every console or only on PS4 and Xbox One?
Re: Rayman Legends
It would be great having novelties about BG&E's sequel. I did enjoy the first instalment.
Re: Rayman Legends
It says he will be unlockable on UPlay. Since PC Version uses UPlay too, I think, he might be there as well.TFDs39 wrote:I have a question. Will Funky Ray become a purchasable character on every console or only on PS4 and Xbox One?
On the side note, are there any screens of skin Champion Ray?
Re: Rayman Legends
I don't think so, OCG.
Also, to note what Drolpiraat said it, it is also most likely that the ports of PS4 and Xbox One are also "fillers" to give themselves more time for the development of a new installment. We never know.

Re: Rayman Legends
Hm, could Champion Ray be Ubi Ray?
I don't know why, but that thought came to my mind.

Re: Rayman Legends
From an other thread how I think the intro should be like.
Well this isn't the thread for it but maybe while the gang is sleeping they see a woman chasing after someone who looks like Ales. they follow them to a tent where they see paintings and discover five Ales each one heading to a different painting with Barbara chasing one. With nothing better to do, Rayman and his friends go help Barbara and stop Ales from causing trouble.
