Both have a lot of bad games but a good ones too. Jaguar has Rayman and Tempest 2000 while CDi has Mario and Zelda games.

Except Tempest 2000 and Rayman are good games, while the CD-i Mario and Zelda games continue to be laughed at as the abominations they are.
