Re: Weird obsessions
1) I tend to take a shitload of time taking a shit, at which point my parents think I'm looking at my phone or something.
2) A less disgusting obsession is that, similar to Haruka's obsession on the first page, I always try to take drink bottles on the back of a shelf, rather than those in the front.
3) I also sometimes tend to stretch when I'm nervous for some reason, and then my teachers will think I'm raising my hand even though I'm really not.

@Tech You just remembered me other obcession I have. When I buy a product in a shop, I always take the one under/further. Never the one at my front where everybody touches.

Same here. I used to (and still do, to a certain extent) worry about germs and the like, and thus would pick up the things behind the object in the front, preferably the one in the back. It's now become a habit.Haruka wrote:@Tech You just remembered me other obcession I have. When I buy a product in a shop, I always take the one under/further. It is not because of germs, it is for any othet reason that I do not know.technology4617 wrote:Same here. Re: Weird obsessions
I never take the one in the front either - for example when it's a game, the plastic around it is usually cleaner in the back and it feels more "new" than the game in front. Besides, because the one in front gets touched more, it's usually more probable for the one in front to be damaged than the ones in the back.Haruka wrote:It is not because of germs, it is for any othet reason that I do not know.technology4617 wrote:Same here. Re: Weird obsessions
It is probably the same case for me. I remember the PlayStation 3. I picked the one behind, not the one of the front. Same thing applied for Pokémon X.

How about that obsession that makes you hate Rayman 2?THEdragon wrote:Well, I have my 'phases' that I've mentioned before, and I also seem to go through periods of obsession with product recalls.

I'm one of those people who really doesn't care if something is a little scratched up, in fact, I'll often take that one so it isn't sitting around to be sold to the unfortunate soul who wants a markless version when it's the only one left.Drolpiraat wrote:I never take the one in the front either - for example when it's a game, the plastic around it is usually cleaner in the back and it feels more "new" than the game in front. Re: Weird obsessions
I prefer to walk behind others. Walking next to them is okay - though a bit awkward - but walking in front I absolutely hate. I've read that this is common for those on the autism spectrum.

Huh, go figure, I've never really made any note of it, but it's true that I'd prefer to follow than lead when walking in a group.

Re: Weird obsessions
I also hate leading a group, if only so I'm not the first poor unfortunate soul that gets noticed for a mistake that leads the rest of the group to make the same mistake.
Re: Weird obsessions
Well, I could also add to the above, that I always carry some respiratory protection for an hypothetical accident that might damage my lungs, this actually proved itself useful more than one time.
