Re: So stoopid.
Y'know, ARZO may not even exist.
I'm a little confused about what happened, but what it sounds like to me is that an ex-Raymanzone-mod managed to get hold of a powerful worm and take 'revenge' on Raymanzone.
I think the whole ARZO thing was just to make us think that there are more of them in his little gang, whereas he's actually just a single, extremely sad loser.
I wish FCY would explain why people keep getting banned.
Lol, I bet that half of the active posters on RZ have been banned at least once, now that I think about it... ^^

you were lucky to be in another half though, yeah? ^_^_^^
Re: So stoopid.
There were and continue to be, several challenges to the development of this course, not least of them the electronic component. I developed this course as an independent, adjunct instructor in a matter of a few months, left largely to my own devices. There were cross-platform issues to deal with; the need to quickly design an application that would be easy to use and reliable; software distribution and assignment submission issues; and the electronic equivalent of paperwork in order to keep track of student progress, grading, etc. Nevertheless, students have responded to the course generally favourably. I was pleased upon reviewing course evaluations for the spring term that many students singled out the helpfulness of the meaning/value paradigm in increasing their understanding of the course material.

Re: So stoopid.
ARZO does exist, I know their secret board
Although I don't belong to it, of course
By the way, the false articles were removed by the Validation Key looking name moderator. That was nice and clever.

Re: So stoopid.
Could you MP me the URL, please?
I just want to keep an eye on them...
We know what they're capable of.

Re: So stoopid.
he hasn't given the url to anyone. i don't think you'll be an exception
Re: So stoopid.
Well, if they disable remote user registering, there's no harm in someone viewing what they're doing.
Re: So stoopid.
I'm quite sure the guests don't see their boards.
Re: So stoopid.
I'm not sure why the URL should be exclusive to Hunch...
If you're scared that someone's going to spam their forums like the TARC incedent, well... I'm sure some people in here would like a war, but I'm certainally not dumb enough to provoke someone who's got a worm like that.

Re: So stoopid.
Exactly!
What wrong would we do to them if we are put in risk of being hacked? If they want it really private, then why did they give it to you?

Re: So stoopid.
Because apparently he's a friend of one or more of the members. And I don't give a shit whether he keeps it a secret or not. If he promised to keep it secret, I can understand that. And if it's going to be told, it's not to one person in PM, but to everyone in a topic. And that's it.

Re: So stoopid.
I was unfairly removed from the staff and banned, then they asked me to join... I declined this invitation, but I was granted access to their board... They change the hoster very often, it's protected with .htaccess's, members' access to the forum must be validated, etc...
Re: So stoopid.
Well, they'll probably hack again, because the second version is stricter than the first!
How many users are at ARZO's board, Hunchman?

Re: So stoopid.
Well, they can't hack the forums any more.
The worm they managed to get hold of is for phpBB sites.

Re: So stoopid.
from what i've seen on infopop it must be even easier to hack.

Re: So stoopid.
No, Infopop sucks, but it's almost impossible to hack it! Anyways, they can create their own worms and viruses.
Xenon, I can just tell you that ARZO has more than 50 members... I wonder where they come from

Re: So stoopid.
No, because InfoPop isn't popular enough for someone to spend ages making a worm for it.
Realise that ARZO didn't make the worm, they just managed to get hold of it somehow.
They probably don't know a thing about hacking.
By the way... Is ARZO the Anti Rayman Zone Organisation?
Edit: Oops, posted at the same time as old Hunchy.

Re: So stoopid.
Yeah, ARZO stands for Anti RaymanZone Organisation.
I think some of them don't even know RZ but are people who hack for fun.
