Re: Rayman emulation
Because Scart RGB transmits only an interlanced video and and do not have a PlayStation Scart cable right now.

And what's so bad about an interlaced output? I know the picture won't be *as* good, but at least you'll be able to record!technology4617 wrote:use your PS2 Slim, or record from your PS3?
Accidentally edited my last post instead of making a new post.

If you're referring to the sometimes faulty drives in a PS3, even if they're broken, I can assure you that they won't...damage...your disc.

Re: Rayman emulation
You will be amazed by how many tiny scratches the discs get after inserting them into a console
(That happens for me at least)

What are the two foam pads on the PS3's drive opening for, then?emshomar wrote:You will be amazed by how many tiny scratches the discs get after inserting them into a console

But, ye, just put the fucking disc in. I've tested it, and it works fine, other than for some slightly long CDDA loads.

Re: Rayman emulation
I don't think I want to record slowmotion footage of Rayman 1. Remember I am from the PAL region and that PS3 is region locked for PS1 games so no NTSC 60hz for me
Re: Rayman emulation
The PS1 setup for Rayman 2: The Great Escape was updated.

Re: Rayman emulation
That's quite the explanation for the little setup it requires, but I suppose detail is where it's at!
Re: Rayman emulation
Not everybody knows how to setup an emulator, especially if the person never touched one before so I think it is convenient to have a detailed setup.
Re: Rayman emulation
Thanks for updating it Haruka! Finally I can enjoy Rayman 2 with all its loading screens!
I've shortened the link, the URL had the BBcode characters in it, causing it not to be recognized by phpBB. Please update your post.Haruka/Fifo wrote: Link (ISO): http://goo.gl/D8aTwZ

Re: Rayman emulation
How? EzCap doesn't support RGB signals. The highest you can get there is S-Video.WeshKanapesh wrote:I record from an EzCap with RGB cables it is pretty well!
