Re: Rayman 2
I heard about it but I don't have knowledge in how it was distributed.
Re: Rayman 2
I can imagine how high would eBay auction go if it ever gets listed there.
Re: Rayman 2
Honestly, I don't think that a controller that merely has got a small portion of plastic with the Rayman logo or even the character itself is worth a lot of money. Once I got an uncommon official R1 controller for PS1 with the same nature as the one you are talking about and it didn't reach the 10€.
Re: Rayman 2
Not saying that it is worth a lot of money by the design or something but maybe collectors want to have it for a collection purpose. Either way, I would not pay more than 12€ for it.
Re: Rayman 2
For the people playing this with nGlide because the Nvidia drivers were incompatible, upgrade your drivers then try again without nGlide, as apparently the new ones are once again compatible.
Re: Rayman 2
Really? That's interesting to hear.
Re: Rayman 2
I tried upgrading to newest driver and my screen glitches out and then it continues to give me Blue Screen of Death so I had to go in safe mode, uninstall drivers and I installed the ones from disc I got with PC. It is old, but Rayman 2 works.

Re: Rayman 2
I'm happy playing Rayman 2 on my Pentium III or Athlon XP system, using real 3DFX hardware.
Which reminds me, I still need to make a video comparing DirectX Vs 3DFX mode on Rayman 2.

How about you play it on a platform someone like me would recognise?!
Is that all PC stuff?

It is indeed, he named two processors, and I think DirectX and 3DFX are called APIs.

Well it's like a foreign language to most people out of that loopMaster wrote:It is indeed, he named two processors, and I think DirectX and 3DFX are called APIs.

Re: Rayman 2
It's not too bad, Rayman 2's controller set-up is pretty bad as is either ways, so I tend to play via keyboard.

Re: Rayman 2
Don't get me wrong, I play Rayman 3 with a controller, but Rayman 2 I find is ok with a keyboard. Rayman 3 is also much better in controller support, as you can map keys, Rayman 2 on the other hand, provides no such convenience.

Re: Rayman 2
Well Rayman 3 is much more action packed in the sense of fighting so I guess you'd want better controls for that. Well I just remember from experience playing things like WoW felt really weird on a keyboard.Master wrote:Don't get me wrong, I play Rayman 3 with a controller, but Rayman 2 I find is ok with a keyboard. Re: Rayman 2
Hm, I can't really say anything in regards to WoW, the most in-depth MMO I've ever played was RuneScape, which is more point and click.

Yep me, too! That's your username MASTER OF R00NSKAPE.Master wrote:Hm, I can't really say anything in regards to WoW, the most in-depth MMO I've ever played was RuneScape, which is more point and click.
RuneScape controls were awesome. That was another fun time for a game series. It's all too weird now, they kinda killed the good parts of it. Although you can get the older version if you pay

Actually, my first ever RS username was Rayjak, after Rayman and Jak. My later most used account was called Master4lyf1, and it's a name that's stuck, as you probably can tell.

Master4lyf1 was my username here until about a year ago, just before I became a mod, incidentally.
