If anything, my formality was almost completely overbearing, and I was far more uptight. I think I've actually mellowed.

On second thought, maybe my overbearing formality wasn't quite as outlandish:

I guess it would be logical, but I think a restructuring of the current ranks would be necessary, the Rayman ranks are the last ones, so would they stay that way, or left in their current position? And should we change returning characters looks or make new ranks for them?

Ah, sorry, my bad, have you tried the PS1 version? Whilst the differences aren't as major as the DSi, there are different cage placements, better sound effects and a different first level for Band Land.

Apologies on that point, perhaps it would have been better if I had just directed him to the BBcode topic, I have created quite the mess by quoting indeed, nevermind, mistakes are lessons to be learned from, and I have learnt my lesson from quoting large posts.
Hmm, have I changed much? I guess I could say my posts are a little more...organic and not quite as stilted. And blimey, comma splicing.

Master, you've grown more on this forum than fungus on a wet rock, but I do say, if you find comma's a thing of terror, then mine are a force to be reckoned with, truly, it must be said that, if you were to look closely, you could barely make out where my sentences begin and where they end, though, and I will admit, sometimes - and now there's a random interjection to make it even more confusing -, I make it too hard on you guys (though putting things in either interjections or brackets just to spice things up doesn't help), however, if you really believe that commasplicing is the way to go, you will enjoy reading this, otherwise, you'll get a headache - my point being, Master, you're not that bad, if you consider others among you, haha - self-antagonising, am I right, guys?

Haha, I still having fully conquered comma splicing, but I'm better than I was before. I'm more of a blimey person, not a golly, though I've picked up a few less than formal tics, such as "meh". I also seem to have a habit of saying "hmm".

Meh, self-antagonising indeed, though I guess we all have our little things that make our future selves cringe.

That's perhaps one of the more fascinating things about humans: the ability to look down upon even their former selves. Haha, or should I interpret it as 'the ability to notice considerable change for the better as time has gone on'? ;)

Hm, makes one wonder, even if we don't regenerate, what kind of situations could we get in if we met our past selves?

Haha good point. I think most would find ourselves quite inconsiderate, perhaps. It's something we all learn to become better in, with time. I've always considered myself to be quite tolerant and okay with things, but looking back on forum posts from 13 year-old me, I see that that notion has developed in time, and was certainly not always present! Heheheheh stupid young kid...

I'd certainly be having a few words with my past self, though at the same time, I'd probably throw in a few words of encouragement.

Haha yeah you were quite the 'interesting' character :P Glad you've eased up a bit, I can tell you're a pretty decent guy, had plenty of glimpses of it shining through :P Keep going!

Amusingly, I'm often worried that my posts look as if they should be read too 'fast' due to my tendency to avoid choking on an excess of commas. Then again, I started out as a more eccentric spammer here (when I was thirteen), so I was never initially uptight or formal:

I think the uptightness was a part of the Asperger's aspect, given my lack of comfort when it came to socialising, I tended to stick to the formality, always did get called "posh" in my younger years due to my manner of speech. Mind you, even though I do think I've mellowed, I do feel a little out of place speaking with leetspeak/textspeak.

As for my previous behaviour, I think I tended to be a little backseaty at times, though seeing as I was 15, I guess I was past some of the potentially more negative traits one seems to inherit during early teenagehood.

And their future selves. We mock the past, are disappointed with the present, and afraid of what monsters we might become! The latter is my personal favourite.

It remembers me my posts back when I've joined. There are stuff that when I read now, I have no idea what I wanted to say! I love how the international websites of the internet helped me a lot to improve my English.
