<'s CPU is stuck at 1,2GHz even when Prime95 is running.
< is going to restart and < hopes that it boosts up to 3,8GHz again since 1,2GHz is horrible for flight simulation.

EDIT:
Nope a reboot didn't solve <'s issue. < will let the laptop shut down for some days and hope it will be fixed by magic.

Hmm, < knows <'s "old dinosaur" can be pain and slow down, but < hasn't ever seen it underclock like ^ has described.

< says it doesn't get that slow, just laggy in FSX.
These CPUs normaly clock at 1,2GHz when idle. It should automatically overclock when needed, but that wasn't the case in <'s laptop. It is just weird, sometimes it stucks at 3,8Ghz and sometimes it stucks at 1,2GHz. < should have bought a tower for the same price and enjoy stock 4,4GHz speed. :/
