Re: General Pokémon Thread
Agreed with Serz, if there's a third version for that gen, I'd go for it. Emerald for Gen III, and Platinum for Gen IV.

I hope they at least include the options that Emerald had in the Ruby and Sapphire remakes, if not more.

Yeah you wouldn't think they'd go backwards in that :p It should be pretty close to X & Y!Rayfist wrote:I hope they at least include the options that Emerald had in the Ruby and Sapphire remakes, if not more.

I wasn't referring to you, but I guess you'll be added to the list of people if you do know the game well.

Re: General Pokémon Thread
If it is a remake, I'd assume they'd incorporate most of Emerald's additions, but also retain some aspect of individuality, much like the HGSS remakes of Gold and Silver had stuff from Crystal.
(I'm pretty sure I've said this before...)

I have to admit, while I try not to make a habit of it, I do feel that I can make some redundant statements sometimes.

Re: General Pokémon Thread
Wouldn't just typing in general improve things much better than having to repeatedly strike the same keys over and over?

Re: General Pokémon Thread
Maybe after I'm finished with my current courses, I'll give it a shot.
Speaking of which, I want to do something a little more productive over the holidays, maybe I ought to see if I can get into some coding.

Re: General Pokémon Thread
Given how little there is in RS as opposed to Emerald i'm sure they'd take some things in.Rayfist wrote:I hope they at least include the options that Emerald had in the Ruby and Sapphire remakes, if not more.
Speaking of such I do hope both teams play lead roles in both of the titles, with the climax revolve around the mascot legendary (I.e. Rayquazza comes in and tells them to calm down, one goes off while the other still rampages, or the mascot team have another go at controlling the mascot legend). It'd be pretty piss if it only has focus on one team.
EDIT: Oh yes I just found this :
Re: General Pokémon Thread
Emerald was the version I got introduced to Generation III and I highly recommend it. It is Ruby/Sapphire but with lots of improvements. You can also use the cloning glitch of it to transfer Pokémon to newer generations without any lossHoodcom wrote:Oh I guess you wouldn't, in reality.Serza5 wrote:Now why would I want to do that?Hoodcom wrote:
Please don't tell me that you are trying to get OCG to date Wallace.![]()
Though I was told Emerald was a fantastic choice.

This is the reason, he's trying to type with more than two fingers to be ready for typing with five fingers for Record Day.rolesfamily wrote:He's got to practice his typing somehowHoodcom wrote:You just like repeating yourself?Master wrote: (I'm pretty sure I've said this before...)hahaha
Wait, you can transfer Pokemon to newer games?Haruka wrote:
