I'm so happy!
I just covered Rayman 3 uses .TGA files but compressed. You can see that yourself if you open the .lvl ( in Gamedatabin ) files with Notepad!
And TGA files are easy to write and open, right? Examples:

I think ( for the textures ) that the .lvl files say WHAT to use from the tex32.cnt or tex16.cnt files in Gamedatabin. tex16.cnt if you have 16 bits, and tex32 if you have 32 bits!
