< found out that < and <'s brother are the only people in the world from this generation with our last name! Well, technically, < has a relative from this the same generation living in Germany (like most of <'s relatives outside of <'s immediate family) with that name, but he's both crippled and with a severe mental impairment, so he likely isn't going to be passing on the name. < is also discounting the family females, since they're probably going to take their spouses' last names when they get married.
