Hey, Jeffrey! The Rayman forum, indeed, is a great place to get accustomed to the feel of the community when we play around with ideas about the Rayman games or its storyline. It's always a bit semi-serious and funny there, and we usually discuss all kinds of things about the games themselves to their developers or their (not-so) coherent or intertwangled story arcs.
The Members forum, where you'll also find the OffTopic thread and the forum games is a good place to find all of the crazed - but in a good way! - loon that is the typical member of the RPC. xP

Oh, and with Record Day looming, be sure to stick around - that is when the forum is most zany and also it's by far one of the best days of the year.
