I just covered Rayman 3 uses .TGA files but compressed. You can see that yourself if you open the .lvl ( in Gamedatabin ) files with Notepad!
And TGA files are easy to write and open, right? Examples:

And, the sound files are compressed too, each .HXC got some sound files in it ( or maybe each .bnh ). Look at some words I got out of it:

I think ( for the textures ) that the .lvl files say WHAT to use from the tex32.cnt or tex16.cnt files in Gamedatabin. tex16.cnt if you have 16 bits, and tex32 if you have 32 bits!These cnt files are compressed. And when I found the compression, you will see that the .cnt files contain folders and files:
folder /factory/
and other things.

YAY YAY YAY YAY! I have all the Rayman 3 sounds in wav format with no codec needed! Yeah! ( Not all YET, first I need to bypass the 30 files extract protection and you know how
)

Not yet, since I covered that the musics and dialogues use other codecs and/or compression than the normal sounds...

I bypassed the protection of the program now 
And... I think I found the dialogues and/or the music...
But now I need to find out how to open ADPCM sound files... ( they seem to be a format used in BG&E, but they can't play in the same Media Player, so... I/We need to find out how to play them...
EDIT -> I also covered some things in Rayman M...
The music is not difficult, it's in *a -bin folder*\World\Sound\Musiques\
The SFX is located in the .hxc files. I could rip some for anybody if they ask me ( I also accept tings lol )
BTW: Menubin is for the menu, Tribebin is for the race, and Fishbin is for the battle
