I did this today, but I've unlisted the video because it's only me doing the vocal part of a full-instrumental cover that I'm working on. I'm just using the official instrumental for now.

The first 'caaaave' at 1:18 is probably the best of the four 'caaaaave's, I don't like the third 'caaaave' as much. Also, after the long gap there's some ending vocals at 4:20.

That's beautiful! :D I'm guessing you have some practice in classical vocal/piano styles, given that your technique is very good in both.

It's basically about... well you guessed it, frogs :p
I think it turned out quite fun :)
Ah, your stuff's sounding more and more authentic over time, very nice composition! Maybe cut back a bit on the reverb though; I understand it's a stylistic thing, but there's certainly too much low-end in the reverb (and a bit too much in general), causing the sound to muddy up.

Ooh, very nice and atmospheric! :D Brilliant work, it's beautiful. Maybe once I get my Komplete samples back (I accidentally deleted the Windows install files), I can try making some souped-up Rayman covers.

Hehuh, I found this video of me when I was twelve (2007/2008) playing a bunch of Mario songs on piano, learned by ear. I'd almost completely forgotten about it, but I feel like sharing it for old-time's sake:

I find that Yeti mic to be sort of the Beats of microphones. Ever so popular and branded, but in comparison to a lot else for a similar price in the pro-audio world, kind of juvenile and mediocre. I really like its directional and multi-directional capabilities, but I would actually personally recommend against it almost every day of the week. But nice, you'll definitely be able to record some alright stuff with it still.

Also, the shock mount looks kind of gnarled, you doing alright with that? :P

I just ordered a bass guitar and I'll be buying new headphones and a mic so I can record more cool stuff! Expect to see something soon. I'm also almost done with a Starlight cover, but it's still okay-quality, without using mics or an actual bass guitar yet. Perhaps I'll remake it one day, but that depends on whether I will be interested in that or not - I know I will be remaking Unintended for sure, except in E major this time and with a bit more interesting tweaks here and there! I hope Adsolution will gladly help ;)))))))))))))))))))

Everything works fine, I've tried recording instruments and voice and I got just the quality I wanted.
Also the shock mount looks and works great IMO :P
