I agree. eBay also owns part of PayPal so it makes no sense. They need to start forcing users to allow worldwide shipping always and also that PayPal must be as one of the paying options on every auction.

I would request refund for this. He completely ruined game's box. Was it too much for him to pack it nicely?

I send him a message to get full refund but he didn't answer yet. The problem with that purchase is, I payed via Banktransfer and there is like no security. The seller just can ignore my messages without any consequences :/

The kind of people that when they are wrong but do not know how to justify himself they hang to any excuse possible. Are you sure can not force the refund in any way? For example report it to eBay and involving the staff to give you back the money spent.
The feedback is a method that however don't protect you and your savings, and so he wrongly wins.

I did report this to the eBay Staff, however they also will not be able to give me a refund since I payed via Banktransfer and not via PayPal. However they can limit the user to not be able to sell anything else and a negative feedback is guranted from my side

If the game was shipped inside an ice cream box I would understand but... it was sent by the box of the game itself!

It took me a while, but I tryed to take the stickers and duck tape of the box. It still looks very dammaged though and I still want a refund. Lesson learned, don't buy stuff from sellers with less than 50 positive feedback.
