Re: Anime
I really enjoyed it. I would recommend checking out some reviews on YouTube if your really interested. From what I heard, the plot is VERY VERY VERY similar to Digimon the movie, but it's from the same director. So maybe he wanted to do that plot again without the Digimon license pulling him down.Summer Wars? Never watched it. Is it good?

Hm, I dunno. I absolutely love Classic Digimon Anime (Season 1 and I have a lot of Digimon figures too), but I was not big fan of movie.SegaNintendoUbisoft wrote:I really enjoyed it. Re: Anime
I don't really care about that, the movie is just so well executed. I heard some people who like Digimon the movie say Summer Wars is much better.OldClassicGamer wrote:Master wrote:21800th post, hehe, milestones indeed.

Re: Anime
I finished to watch the last season (Dokkaan) of Ojamajo Doremi. The last episodes are really sad, I would have probably broke in tears if nobody was at home. I loved this anime. It gets progressively better from season to season. Now I believe I should stay tuned to the written novel that is under the makings!
Now I'm continuing to watch the first season of Pokémon. Sabrina was surely creepy before Haunter appeared to make her laugh.

Re: Anime
Recently watched all of Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood, and I have to say it was really awesome and intense. I think my favorite part was seeing the development of Ling from a lighthearted prince to a hardcore badass that accepted greed and showed him (greed) what he truly wanted. My only problem with it was that the music in the final episodes were just the regular tracks instead of new songs.
on a side not I tried watching Attack On Titan, and I really don't understand the hype; I could hardly stand the first episode

Re: Anime
FMA:B is one of my favourites. Much better than shitty 2003 version. I still want new Anime to be made which is based in same universe as FMA:B but with completely new characters and no mention of old ones.

Finished up Season 1 of Sword Art Online, and my god that was more epic than the time that lizard @#&*ing @#$! on a motha@+=$!@* eagle when it ^&%_ed a @#^$ing @#@*#$!!!!!!
But it in all seriousness it was interesting to show how the people of SAO not only managed to cope with two years of being in virtual space, but outside of it later on as well. And I'm saying it right now, Agil is the best character in the series, because his fairly carefree attitude along with the jokes his character had were simply amazing.

I wonder if there's an interview about spinoff possibilities, I'll check it out once schools done.OldClassicGamer wrote:FMA:B is one of my favourites. Much better than shitty 2003 version. Re: Anime
If you're into shounen anime you'll definitely like it, but if shounen isn't your MAIN ground, you might like it too. It's very different compared to other shounens, not having any friendship speeches, random power ups and focuses more on strategy in a battle instead of pure force, a brain can outsmart a dumb brute force easily.OldClassicGamer wrote: I haven't watched neither classic or remake HXH but I know that Galneryus - one of my favourite bands sings the opening of remake![]()

Re: Anime
Very important video I made regarding uploading Anime to YouTube and what can happen. I really suggest others watch this:
Even though I got strike, it seems I can still upload videos longer than 15 minutes.

Re: Anime
Just watched the first episode of Sailor Moon Crystal.
Wow, the remake is going to promise to be really good. Modern and more livid animations, same voice actors, more closer style to the mangá... it is nothing related with the original anime!

I've never seen the original Sailor Moon but this remake looks really promising.
The OP kicks ass too.

I like original opening better in my opinion after I compared them.

Re: Anime
I see japese Anime and western Cartoon as two different things though.
Re: Anime
Apart from both being animation in reality and apart from Japanese people using word "Anime" to call everything like that including western cartoons, there are huge differences between them.
