I already have a few times, but all right. MGMK are my initials (obviously the middle GM are rarely-used middle names, but I was quite fond of my full name when I made this account) and then this name is simply a portmanteau of the English name of my favourite Rayman game-object with these initials. Simple, eh?
Adsolution wrote:Oh god, you fell for that! That was an elaborate hoax I played when I was younger. You see, when I was eleven and recording my Rayman long-run, I was using a mini-cassette camera, and first would record the game with the music switched off in 12-bit overdub mode, then afterward I would play back the PS1 soundtrack from a boombox using the overdub. It made for something very convincing.
During one of my recent corruptions of Rayman Advance on an emulator, I played through the Swamps of Forgetfulness and the corruption caused the sound effect of the magic seed being planted to turn into... This. http://www.mediafire.com/listen/rtohxw1 ... effect.mp3

Beautiful, I have set it is my "New e-Mail"-tone
Ah, I'm sure you'll have quite a lot of fun with that.
Though, I can imagine myself browsing the web in silence, then suddenly that noise plays, it would startle the living daylights out of me!

I thought that was pretty cool when it happened. If Rayman punched while doing a moving jump he'd shoot forward. It only worked at Mr Stone's Peaks, though.
I wrote a headcanon about that once. Most people depict him as a member of Rayman's species or some kind of ghost but I made a headcanon that he's actually a really grotesque beast-thing as a result of a magic accident.
