Interestingly, I had a very similar thing when I was younger, probably until I was ten or eleven. I especially loved rewatching, drawing and reenacting scenes in movies (like in An American Tail and Finding Nemo, and a particular described scene in the book Firewing) where some character gets eaten alive. I for some reason found it, in precisely the way you described, to be somewhat fetish-like, though obviously before I got to the age where real sexuality became a thing, at which point it faded away (though not entirely; I still like it, but not nearly to the same degree as before).

I'm not sure if it directly relates, but I recall a bit ago you said that you'd never to this point had any particular urges, or something relating to possible asexuality. Maybe if that never really kicked in, the fascination(/fetish) had no reason to leave? I'm just intrigued, as I think I had the exact same thing as you when I was younger.

+ Basses are pretty strong.
- The balance between bass and treble is a bit too much in favor of bass.
+ I'm feeling really isolated in terms of sound.
+ You can plug your cable on both sides, meaning there isn't a left or a right speaker. Handful.
- One of the cable plug functions not as well as the other one, as I need to plug it really tight in order for the sound to be fully heard.
+ The sound should be become better after around 20 hours, according to the manual. Well, we'll see.
