Or make an HD remake that includes all the scrapped levels and stuff.

Re: Crash Bandicoot
You can easily get Twinsanity in HD.... in PCSX2, it runs pretty swell on my computer.
Shame PCSX2 can't run most of the best PS2 games due to many texture glitches. Dolphin Emulator straight up blows it out of the water.

Hmm, always found it a bit weird how Twinsanity didn't come out on Gamecube.

Re: Crash Bandicoot
Agreed. I remember the WoC Gamecube version had a lot of framerate issues. Which strikes me as very odd considering the Gamecube was actually a much more powerful console then the PS2.
Re: Crash Bandicoot
How were the loading times on the Gamecube version? The Ps2 loading times were pretty bad now that I think about it.

Re: Crash Bandicoot
Gamecube had very fast loading times. Yeah PS2 version had awful loading times, but I think they may have been fixed?
Believe it or not the best version of Wrath Of Cortex actually might be the Xbox Version. You can play it in HD on the 360 and it has the most detail of them all.

Re: Crash Bandicoot
Hmm, does the same backwards compatibility apply also to Twinsanity? Like it or loathe it, it had quite a nice graphical style.
Re: Crash Bandicoot
Twinsanity is going to be next on my "Raving Rants & Reviews". This one's gonna be a positive one!

Re: Crash Bandicoot
Twinsanity had problems on 360, I remember hearing you weren't able to complete the game.
Like I said, only way to get a FULLY HD Twinsanity is to emulate it, as shown:

Re: Crash Bandicoot
I was able to compete it through. The only problem that it had was its cutscenes quality was lowered a lot. I don't know about anyone else's experiences.
Anyways, I was talking about a FULL HD Remake, not just upscaling it. I would have love to see the remake include all the discarded ideas from Twinsanity and add it.

Re: Crash Bandicoot
Twinsanity had a gold mine full of cut content. It's a shame as well, because that is really the only thing preventing me from liking it more. I liked Twinsanity but it was far too short.

Re: Crash Bandicoot
Twinsanity's problem is that it's on the borderline of being TOO difficult.

Nah man, just the sweet spot in difficulty for me. However, some of the Power Gem locations in the final level of the game are evil.

Re: Crash Bandicoot
I'd say it's almost very close to being unplayable/giving up territory

There are lots of other evil things in there, not only the gems.Shrooblord wrote:Nah man, just the sweet spot in difficulty for me. However, some of the Power Gem locations in the final level of the game are evil.

Ah yes, Twinsanity. Been ages since I've played it, but I remember us really sucking with the first Rollerbrawl section in the N. Sanity Caves.

Crash Twinsanity? Hard? That's very funny! It makes my shoulders bounce!

Re: Crash Bandicoot
I remember there's one section where there's platforms above death spikes that come down in N and Z-like patterns and you're supposed to put two of those energy sphere things in their pedestals, but the spheres sometimes glitch out and go flying for no reason. Now that's some increased difficulty that wasn't necessarily by design.
Re: Crash Bandicoot
I remember always sucking at the Rusty Walrus because I thought you had to go to the sides to avoid being killed. XD And then I realized you had to go forward.
