I honestly suck at this, I would usually end up just not getting enough sleep and then sleeping through my first class. This is anti-advice.

I can somehow do a similar comparasion. In these 3 months of holidays that I had I went to bed at hours that varied between 1:00h and 4:00h. I'm going to bed at 1 today but I'm sure it won't be a pleasant experience to get up at 10 of the morning without sleeping properly and having to have lunch at 11:00h to catch the train of 11:58h and have classes at 14:00h...

They claimed in mail that they sent to MEGA that I uploaded Medal of Honor 3, Halo, Crysis and whatnot games. Except that I didn't upload ANY of games they claim they protect IP for. I sent counter-notification to MEGA and even had a small talk with on representative but since my location is not under EC/2000/31 they asked me how my law deals with those issues. What the fuck am I supposed to tell him? That law here does not even define any of these cases since something like this cannot happen here at all? Am I supposed to tell him that even companies, schools and even police installs pirated and cracked software on PC and does way worse than I ever did? That sure would not help for my counter-notification. I told him that I assume it deals the same way it does in other countries and gave example that YouTube restored videos after 15 days when I provided counter-notifaction with my location. Guy never responded back, while this company continues to target me with sending false takedown notices. FUCK both of them, I am sick and tired of these problems. I try to be honest and send real location and address in counter-notification while I could have faked US or other country and what do I get for being honest? Jack shit! I am gonna continue sending email to MEGA until they don't do something about this.

Yes I am.
Basically I made a 6 month internship in the US in order to finish my studies and graduate right after it. But it seems I didn't work enough during this period: I called my teacher and he told me the paper sent by my supervisor wasn't looking great for me. Although I still have to defend my project, it's looking very grim.

The worst part is that I am the only responsible for that: despite the warnings of my supervisor, I continued not working that much during the end of the internship. I was feeling homesick and sad. Besides, some other factors didn't help (like the american roommate not giving a shit about you). But I chose not to talk a lot about it as I always do.

I realized that if I'm involving a lot of resources/commitment into something, two things can happen: I either fail or succeed. But in both cases I'm not doing it to make people happy, I'm doing it in order for them not to be disappointed and sad. That's why i'm saying I'm a loser. I even bothered my younger brother about it.

I just want my parents to be proud of me and not to have to take care of me financially for another 6 months. I always feel I'm disappointing them...every single time.

Sorry for the wall, I'm simply very sad and crying.

Aw saer, don't feel bad. Your parents will always be proud of you, no matter what you do. If you're having a rough time, of course they'll be ready to help you out. That doesn't make you a loser.

But if you aren't happy with how you're living your life, you should change it. If you really want to get behind the work, get your study completed and be self-sufficient money-wise, you'll have to put some muscle into it and push! Give 'er all you've got! If you do, people will be sure to notice. And this is what people are looking for in others: not progress, but drive. If you've got the will, they know you'll find a way. And that's what they want - someone who will get things done. Some will give you the freedom to do so in your own way, others will cramp your style, but a healthy drive in the things that you enjoy doing will get you places.

Shitty roommates are buggers you'll have to deal with at some points in your life. There always will be people that piss you off. Such is nature: ever clashing, yet sometimes in harmony.

Show your supervisor you're willing to make it up to him, to the institution, to whoever. Do more work, ask for an extra assignment. If then he still turns you down, then you've tried all you can. Get back up and try again. Don't give in! Don't give up!

+ I'm feeling a bit better as I offered presents I brought back from the US with me for my family. Also, it seems my evaluation is less harsher than I thought it was, although it's not that great. My teacher has great level of knowledge, but with age it seems he became a bit of an ass and a bit too obsessed with the image the school represents and the respect students give him. He's so frustrating to debate with that aside from me I haven't seen nobody bothering to argue with him even when he was wrong. I know it's part of life to bear annoying people at times, but I simply couldn't bear to be criticized by a guy who can't write a simple congratulation email in English about the birth of a grandson to his friend in the US...and asking me to do it at his place.

It's also shitty how they are SPAMMING my inbox with same messages for same files over and over. I think this overall qualifies as harassing from both MEGA and supposed company that "protects videogame IP's"

I never though I would say this but YouTube handles copyright way better than MEGA. At least they don't spam my inbox with same message over and over and will accept counter-notofication from any country and treat it equally and will restore your video unless company that took it down files lawsuit and show proof to YouTube. Only company that is exception is UMG. Those guys can take down anything and keep it down without filing lawsuit due to some special contractual obligation YouTube has with them. I can't believe that YouTube's robot system for counter-notification is better than trying to reach actual person on MEGA. Adsolution, you were fully right that MEGA sucks ass. Sorry I was trying to say otherwise in past. I might make ranting video about them.
