You are missing Japanese version

I already sent Haruka all direct links in txt file and R1 is included. I guess your link can be useful to XEBRA fans though.

Alright, since there was a demand for ROMs of NTSC region, I found it was more fair to post links for all the available regions for each game. The first post was already updated.

Hmm, I've decided to give emulating R2 DC a shot, all seems well, barring the sound. Voices come across decently, but music does not. Anyone got any pointers? I've not managed to find anything thus far.

Unfortunately the musics don't seem to have a fix so far. The emulation development seems to have stopped too.

Hmm, I've not got any music whatsoever, your run with the emulator seemed to have it. Am I doing something wrong?

That's exactly the BIOS I downloaded, so I guess the problem probably lies in configuration?

both sega and psx(isos and emulator) are down
-_- and given how difficult is to configure any of those 2 versions to actually work this was my only chance to play it(because lets be honest, psx and saturn versions are the best ones, i have the gog and while cool and all, the ting's sound and the one single track for each world background music, is really annoying

Huge problem, it seems that files are no longer accesable even if they are visible. It would take me probably over a month to reupload all of them and I am really not gonna have time to devote in reuploading them now. I am really sorry but looks like only way people can use them is just to ask me in PM and I will google ISOs for them and PM them

I remember OCG having the exact same issue. You can try working that around by using my SaveState to skip the boss battle.
