You're right, but I don't think any other one disappears. It's a software glitch, it doesn't have to made canonical sense! x)

Alrighty then. So basically, if you've got the polish PC-Version, you're granted an extra 240 Points at least, and the Part gets much easier. Way to mess up the software...

I wonder how that happened though. I may have no clue on programming gaming software, but still: I can't imagine someone to accidently put a Slapdash there.

This is actually very interesting. Does anyone have an rip of the Polish PC version? It would be very beneficial to the modding scene as a miniscule change such as this would show exactly which part of the games files stores enemy data.

Managed to get my score on LS to 33k!

Not bad, but you can still improve something.
Next time you can try to get for all four green gems as many points as possible.
So take both green gems in the first part after getting at least 10 items and also with a powerup.
In the second part take the gem after 5 items and in the third part after at least 10 items.
If you do everything right, you´ll get 34500 points only for those four gems.

In the first part the combo might be something like: Hit the shoe 8 times without using the speed button (it doesn´t matter, whether in combo or not). Now hit the shoe two times in combo. Quickly take the lockjaw and jump into the secret room. Take there at first the 8 yellow gems (you should use the strafe button to take them carefully) and then the two green gems. Each green gem is worth 3000 + 9000 points (in total 24000 points!).

I bet, you´ll sure reach 40k in this level soon.

Apparently the extra Slapdash also appears in the Mac version (found that after a quick search in this topic – will look some more).

Wasn't actually aware that there was a Mac version, yet here we are…

EDIT: Seemingly running on Vista as admin does indeed trigger the Slapdash, at least in Joshua822's version (what country was he from again?): viewtopic.php?p=456543#p456543
Also reading these posts, it seems I didn't have a chance to try myself.

Appearently he's not German, because I use Vista, AND run Rayman 3 as an admin, yet nothing ever happened.

I think he was Dutch actually… This is/was very weird.
Unfortunately now a lot of people have the US version since that's on GOG, and that doesn't seem to have it.

Tips on a pro! Thanks very much! Do remember I'm not in your guys leagues when it comes to Rayman 3 practice and talent! But I am progressing quite a bit now with the scoring. I'll give those a try Thanks again

I'm quite surprised that there are more people playing R3 and beating their scores than i expected !

Basically, i'm playing the challenges from Rayman Legends and trying to get the diamonds but i sometimes get back to R3 to beat my old scores.

I'm currently trying to beat my old score in Hoodlum Headquarters : i got 72,987 points after section 2 (Thanks Maz ) and 24,383 pts after section 1. I think i'm missing something...

I'm playing on Xbox by the way, there fore i can get some lum duplications to simplify the work...

Bog of Murk : 71,455 points
Land of the Livid Dead : 121,099 points (with IPG, maybe i should try to get the max. without it)

Summit Beyond the Clouds : 93,152 points

Tower of the Leptys : 104,499 points (with IPG)

Usually, I only see you on Rayman Legends' Online-Challenges, so when I first saw your name in the HoF, I was quite surprised. And don't worry, if you got 24.383 Points after HH1, that should be more than enough to reach the maximum. I guess you'll play BOM after HH, and try to go for the 800k total?

I managed to get 96,825 points after section 3 in HH (i lost 250 points from the Hoodoo because i messed up and my lockjaw ran out Since i was lucky enough to do all the tricks, i didn't want to restart) and my final score is 107,925.
My overall score is now 790,813 points and i'm ranked #17.

Technically speaking, it's not mine, but my sister has a WiiU, and she also shares her account with me (BlueTiger14). I used to play Dojos a lot.

Congratulations on your new Score at HH. I don't know about Xbox, but getting the maximum on PC is bloody difficult, so good job on that.

@ roles: I think that everyone has at least some talent in Scoring, the question is whether one has enough patience to put it to good use. I'm sure that if you keep going, you will eventually end up passing 600k, 700k and so on as well.

You're not far from the true milestone 800k.

One thing though, I have never played with the IPG in LOTLD but I have seen videos. I would have thought it would be more difficult to trigger and play with the IPG than playing without it. Are you able to trigger the IPG often, or do you have to go through many restarts to make it work?

In any case, it's not that difficult to reach 121.099 points without the IPG in part 2.

Once again, I must request that all the glidewalks that also work on PC be allowed in scoring. There is one in particular which would allow for IPG in CF1 before any points have been collected. I don't see why, considering all other glitches are allowed, that these glidewalks shouldn't be.
