Heh, guess we'll find out in due time.
Incidentally, while we're talking about Ubi's interesting choices: http://www.pcgamesn.com/assassins-creed ... play-store

Well, you just remind me that I still didn't use the UPlay voucher I won.
Re: [Book] The History of Rayman, Pix'n Love Editions.
UPlay is horrible platform sadly. I have went to huge trouble just to have my username "OldClassicGamer" instead of "OldClassicGame" (which was created as a mistake because their site was glitching and didn't let me type letter "r" back in 2011) and I ended up owning two copies of RL in UPlay menu without ability to remove other one. It's a mess and I can't even transfer ownership of double copy. Not to mention that I had to pay 8 EUR too

I think it is, in Rayman 3 text, I saw long time ago, a text saying like "lums..argent....lums..or" and there was Clark, but I'm not sure, I have to check dat again lolHaruka wrote:-> Page 173 - You describe that Clark was planned to make a comeback in Rayman 3. Was it officially confirmed? (I have the slight feeling I did hear this because but I wanted to make sure)
Re: [Book] The History of Rayman, Pix'n Love Editions.
Is it something from the dossier too?

Clark is in the script found in one of the beta demos. Back then, the idea was that the 1,000 Lums of Energy weren't put together in the Heart of the World after Rayman 2, and they were instead placed in a safe in the central bank - André and the Hoodlums were bank robbers. After André broke into the safe, Clark and Globox tried to stop the Lums from getting out (spoiler: they failed), while Rayman and Murfy had to look for another way to reach the Hoodlums.

Alright, then I did hear this before. Thanks for the clarification.

Wow, that sounds pretty interesting Droolie, I wonder why they changed the story
Re: [Book] The History of Rayman, Pix'n Love Editions.
but fuck, I can't believe they actually made a 3D test for living room consoles then cancelled it, RIP Rayman 4 / 3D Rayman
Re: [Book] The History of Rayman, Pix'n Love Editions.
Hum, I found something interesting, directly related to the book.
The little black things making a buzz sound and running after you in Rayman 2 are in fract called "Capoué". Boomboleros7 realsied it was reminding him of something in the French topic for the book:
This little show is called "Les Deux Minutes Du Peuple" ("People's two Minutes" when directly translated), was created by a Quebecois comedian called Francois Pérusse in 1990.
But what is interesting, is that the first time it started to be broadcasted in France was during the fall of 1996 on a French radio channel called Europe 2. There, you can assume it was broadcasted during the development stage of Rayman 2.
I find this coincidence pretty amusing and would be very surprised if it were only a simple coincidence: Les Deux Minutes Du Peuple has had a great success in France for all the language jokes it contains, the silly voices it uses, the pointless subjects it talks about, and the short nature of the show. Seeing it having a little impact in Rayman 2 is very funny.

It is in French, sorry, but if you listen carefully, at some point, one of the characters will say "Capoué!"boomboleros7 wrote:

If it appears on eBay, prepare for way bigger price sadly.
