Thank you! This forum has come a long way.

There was a lot of spam and people generally acting stupidly. I wasn't around back then (obviously! ) so I don't know the specific details…

LOTS of spam! I remember a few topics being filled with nothing but spam (which resulted in a good amount of locked topics) and I remember hearing about a few accounts hacked (with someone having the nerve to ask if they may use my own to stir havoc in the forum) along with many bans - some of which were not in good reason. This forum is better by far and well maintained. It's a shame they deleted everything from even the most helpful topics when the "clearing" happened. Everyone who was online at the time the deletion started all talked back in forth in one topic they left open for us that wasn't part of the deletion. We went back and forth from that topic to the main forum page watching everything disappear a handful at a time.

That sounds like the forum equivalent of the end of the world. Terrifying if you're invested in that community. That must've been horrid.

Hello all! Looks like no-one has introduced me here so far, so I thought I might as well do it myself

Been a Rayman fan since I was... 8 maybe? The original Rayman on PC is one of the first video games I remember playing, so it will always have a special place in my heart

Lately I've been thinking about creating my own levels with Rayman Designer. I even lie awake thinking about that, isn't that nuts? Anyway, I hope I'll like it here.
