I'm sorry but you have to post the level names and numbers (for example level 6-2) and other places, I should have been more specific.
Hint 1: This plays in 3 levels.
Hint 2: Two are in the world this theme is introduced in.

Wing Fortress Zone is a level from Sonic 2. (before the Death Egg Zone)

This is from Sonic The Hedgehog 3 (test menu) / Sonic & Knuckles but the music has a slight difference in the menu than where it actually plays.
Sonic & Knuckles is a huge hint I never included.
