Yes, it already gives a pretty clear idea of how the game plays, though the demo should be interesting!

I’m probably not going to watch it, because I want it to be a surprise when I play. I had a quick flick through of the manual though

The demo is available
here!
Edit: well, is it me or it's just an interface where you can move cards and tokens around?

I'm a bit confused on how to buy this game? Does anyone know how to get all of the bonuses and such? I know it's not on sale yet, I just wanna make sure I get one at launch!

I’m probably gonna work it out, and maybe implement my own rule here and there

If it's a Kickstarter, you'll have to wait until crowdfunding goes live. If it's anything like typical Kickstarters, you'll pledge a certain amount of money, and the bonuses automatically come by pledging higher amounts of money.
If memory serves it's going live mid-September so probs best to get some money aside soonish if you're wanting. I'm curious though, cause crowdfunding begins in September but usually these campaigns last a while (I think the last one I got involved with was about a month long), so I'm curious as to when they'll actually start shipping if it is a crowd funded approach.

Yeah, I'm curious to when they'll actually start shipping things out as well. One of my friends thought maybe we can play this when he visits me with the others in our group. I was like "It might not be released by Q2 of 2025, we don't know."
It's definitely something that would be cool to have regardless.

People on Discord have been notifying me of all the new skins that have been confirmed to be in this game, and the one thing I’m curious about is why all of them came from Rayman Legends.

It’s because most little kids have never heard of the other games, so they need to hit the market

Probably doesn't help that we've not had a proper new game in a decade mind...
I don't harbour any ill will towards the ubiart games, but I'd be happy for a scene change at this point, I think 10 years as the default is long enough...

At least we aren’t the TES community, eh?

Haha true true, though at least they get some acknowledgement (how many Skyrim remasters are we at now?)

To be fair, we’ve got cap lazerhawk, the board game, the DLC, lots of mobile games and a “remaster” of rayman legends for switch in the past 11 years, so we’re not completely deprived!

So will the whole board game be crowd funded? Or just 4 - 6 player version. I'm so confused

My understanding is that there's different game modes, but it's all using the same boards and materials, so when you pledge support you're getting those materials with which you can play all the modes listed in the game manual.
My understanding is that yeah it'll be a crowdfund, at least from the stuff I've read this far. I can't say with absolute certainty cause they've not been the most clear ("launching on Kickstarter" as opposed to "raising funds on Kickstarter," does confuse me a little. But I don't think you'd be selling something off Kickstarter if you weren't crowdfunding right?)
It sounds like in the long run they might release further expansions which I would assume you'd buy separately, but that's speculation at this point.

Oh yes, nothing like a good old rayomz salad. Would you like some plum juice vinaigrette to go with that
