OK I probably took the joke a bit too far, but basically it's just code that was added as a joke that shows the name of the current logged in user. For me it just says Steo.
I have to admit that I did find it funny how it tricked a few people. April Fools!

Hunch always has a few tricks up his sleeve. It took me much longer than it should have to notice that one even though he hinted at it a few times.

Aaron had the same issue and said it was confusing him as to whether we were being serious or not, as he couldn't tell if we were using the you code. I told him you'd notice it in the quotes too.

Same for me, it's very rare for regulars here to use my full name, making it quite easy to detect a sneaky you-code.
