Mhm, I've read something about in the forum. But maybe I'm wrong.

It includes every extractable texture starting with S, T, U and V.
That includes:
- Moskito
- Lots of spiky stuff
- The magician's magic stick, which is actually a lever in his laboratory
- Some beautiful temple constructions
- A spiral door (no, I'm not talking about spiraldoor)
- A temple background that strangely features multiple blue globoxes. I thought Globox was the only one of his kind? Well, at least before he got children...
- The UI icons of some of the players (the same characters I missed aren't in this one either, but after I finish ripping the W, X, Y and Z pack, I'll try to figure out a way to extract the preloaded textures, which is where they are located)
- Soda. Lots of it.
- Trees and plants (why aren't you downloading it yet?)
- So much sand that you'd think this was a Prince of Persia game.
- High resolution skull coins (both sides) and skull teeth. Useful for RayWiki!
- More nice stuff. Oh, stone men!
I have the GOG release and that never happened to me (and I have completed the game more than once). I wouldn't say you are doing something wrong, you merely found a glitch in the game, by accident. Did you close the game normally the last time you've played it?Truner wrote:Can someone figure out what we are doing wrong? We used the GOG release,
Rayman Origins for PC is the glitchiest version. I don't know if this problem occurs on Retail version but on Steam version, Moskito riding levels are glitchy as hell and screen will often keep scrolling after you die and you will have to restart. Not to mention, timer will often be stuck at 0, sometimes it takes more than 10 hits for Rayman to die if he is pressed against two spiked areas, I have seen everything for RO Steam.Truner wrote:Turns out this is a common problem with the PC version of the game. As in general. Retail, Steam, GOG.
The fuck-up can happen anytime, even during gameplay and cannot be fixed, nor is Ubisoft stepping up on it. That said, we managed to restore an older version of the game that was 50% done and completed it the next day.
That's on purpose to let Rayman be bashed around more for some visual fun.OldClassicGamer wrote:sometimes it takes more than 10 hits for Rayman to die if he is pressed against two spiked areas
Fixed. I even saw Raybox without half of his hair.OldClassicGamer wrote: Rayman Origins for 3DS is the glitchiest version.
Now that I think about it, I had a glitch in a Moskito riding stage. I reached the end and got off my moskito, while my friend was approaching the finish line. After that, the screen scrolled back REALLY fast to the beginning of the stage and we both died. That one was weird.OldClassicGamer wrote:Rayman Origins for PC is the glitchiest version. PS3 version seems to not suffer any of these issues.
I compared times and on PS3, it takes around 3-4 hits, but on PC, it is more than 10, sometimes even 15. Don't you think that is a bit too much? Also it occurs from time to time on PC, it can happen that times are same like on PS3 sometimes, and also, sometimes I needed to pause and unpause the game for it to function normally. Treasure chest levels also had for me scrolling issues when I die but screen keeps scrolling and I need to restart level.Adsolution wrote:That's on purpose to let Rayman be bashed around more for some visual fun.OldClassicGamer wrote:sometimes it takes more than 10 hits for Rayman to die if he is pressed against two spiked areas
I've encountered absolutely none of those glitches on my Steam version though.
While I haven't played 3DS version that much to judge it, I don't think that glithces that require you to completely restart level occur (correct me if I am wrong though).Haruka wrote:Fixed. I believe mine can be counted as major one since they are damaging progress of player and also one that Truner said. I also had recorded proof on RO Let's Play that is now removed from my channel because those glitches ruined everything for me and could give bad impression of me when people search my channel (I believe Tech saw the videos though). Raymanfan 2000 also had Rayman Legends glitches if I remember correctly.Master wrote:Hmm, come to think of it though, are there any major glitches in Origins and Legends? I do wonder how bare the List of Glitches articles for these two games will be.
