While < subscribes to the idea that inheritance is theft, wouldn't go so far as to say that it dictates one's potential. Yes, it provides an unfair advantage to many, but < certainly won't let it prevent < from reaching <'s goals!

Flat out hypocrisy. They can't get a job because they're either lazy, or they're not even trying. The foreign people coming over are willing to work, and fair play to them for that. They can't blame foreign people for their laziness or lack of competence.

< wouldn't mind someone being unemployed in itself, it's just more, don't complain about it and blame others if you're literally not even making an effort.

< subscribes to the idea of "why not both?" For what is within your control of course < can take responsability. But recognizing the game is inherently unfair doesn't necessarily mean whining. That's taking it to the extreme.

Proof in the pudding : < wouldn't have gotten the loan without the 120k inheritance split between < and <'s sister, but < also wouldn't have gotten the loan if < wasn't a responsible working adult. There's a bit of column A and a bit of column B.

Also < feels < does enough associative work on the side to avoid being considered a lazy-ass. That being said : < should probably go back to work.

Were it possible to remove the genuinely evil people from the world of business, there would remain businesspeople who possess a moral conscience, but place a still greater priority on profit and success. Their ability to do good is a motivating factor, but a secondary one. Even when they do philanthropy, it is unconsciously tinged with a desire to make a show of their public profile.

The reason for this is quite simple; it is reinforcement. The more a person engages in business, the more its share in consciousness predominates, and "doing good" becomes a secondary qualifier rather than the entire aim. This reinforcement comes through both habitual and hereditary roots. But the inverse is also true, because while a priest or an artist might make a well-reasoned essay or philosophical argument from an ethical standpoint, their priority of ethics and willingness to compromise obfuscates their vision of optimal choices in a strategic context.

When the one type finds the other within them, balance is restored.

Yeah. < has been getting acid reflux a lot as of recently. < narrowed down <‘s diet and felt good for a solid 24 hours. Then < treated < self to some good McDonalds hot cakes and now < feels acid in <‘s throat. wtf?

<‘s finally going for a walk in the park < used to frequent. Before it became popular and packed with people. <‘s going to have a really nice walk today.
