They're not nice at all :(

I never did hit the ground though, I just remember falling and seeing the ground from a massive height and I mean massive. I'm falling towards the ground heading for certain death but the ground is nowhere near me. I start to worry knowing there's nothing I can do and the worry just keeps multiplying as I'm falling though the ground is still nowhere near me. I keep thinking of how I'm going to die but this is all happening very quickly in my mind. The worry becomes extreme and I suddenly wake up with my heart pounding and almost out of breath, but then I breathe a huge sigh of relief that it wasn't real and I'm safely in my bed :fou2:

It's scary that you always think it's real though even if it makes no sense.

Wait, you've never been on an airplane? I can understand not being comfortable though, to be honest I have started getting a strange fear of riding in an airplane due to those disasters of 2014. I know there are more aviation accidents that have happened since then, but it kinda scarred me a little. I know airplanes are comfortable and it's probably the quickest way to get to a far-off destination, but the risks....

Nope, I'm not a traveling person. The only time I've been out of my home state is when I went with some of my friends to North and South Carolina in 2014, by car. The thought of being on a plane and something potentially going wrong gives me fear inside.

I haven't left Ireland before either and my only means of travel was getting a lift or train / bus to other counties. That or cycling to another one also :)

Rayman games made it to Ireland so I don't need to leave

So it seems. I’m glad most plane rides I’ve been on so far have been without accident. I can’t imagine myself jumping/falling from a plane unless I was skydiving with somebody, that freaks me out!

The way I see it, there's very little chance of an accident. Think of how many planes fly per day all over the world and how often we hear of an accident, then think of all the planes we don't hear anything about. No news is good news usually since it won't make the news for a successful flight ;)

I agree, the chances of a plane crashing are very slim these days thanks to technology, but I bet that the thought of something going wrong lingers in the mind. It sure would for me. Thankfully I'm a homebody so I don't entertain the idea of traveling, especially by a plane.

I'm the same because I'm actually really nervous about that kind of stuff, but still I understand that a lot of people travel by plane a lot. Basically I'm just like that and sometimes I even feel really sick just travelling somewhere by bus but then usually feel ok when I'm on the way home.

I think from then and now my fear of heights is probably worse. I really don't like being so high up.

Terrified, I don't get folks who do things like skydiving, it's sound fun except for being very very high

You're dutch. It stands to reason. You've been raised below see level.

I know you mean sea level, but it's funny to have that read as see level

Do an anti-hike and dig yourself a path.
