I wonder if you run into it Rayman will do a circular kick and shout YEAAAH in a really non-Raymanesque kind of voice, showing off his glimmering teeth.

Unfortunately, no. The RayWiki says:
An exit sign appears briefly in Rayman Revolution. It can be seen on the edge of the clearing in which Rayman rescues Bzzit from the Robo-Pirate army. Touching it does nothing – it is no more than an Easter egg reference to the original Rayman game.
The YEAH would've been a nice addition though. Maybe it could be included in this fangame!

So... isn't the sound going right trough each other? In R1 he would say YEAH! and then the music.
