I can remind only Kagalfa, a Hoodlum that appears on Rayman 3 of GBA/N-Gage... I cannot remind the other two.

Rayman (in Rayman 1 and Revolution), the Magician (otherwise he wouldn't fit into that hat of his), Hoodblaster (using the Vortex on themselves), Hoodstyler, Hoodmonger Officer (both using the same method), Kagalfa (as mentioned above), Begoniax (she changes her form into a frog using a potion but the frog is smaller than her standard form, so she shrinks herself as well).
