Obviously you do because you couldn't resist the urge to reply to his comment.

That FF7 remake trailer they showed today was absolutely fantastic. That actually got me so excited that I bought the original version for PS4, too.
I also liked the Ni no Kuni trailer, although I found the character design pretty mediocre this time around. I hope it will be better in the actual game, though I'm buying it regardless.
Oh yeah, and then I guess there was that Crash tease. Sony are such terrible trolls sometimes - wearing a T-shirt clearly showing Crash without actually showing anything. Definitely makes one hope for E3 2016 though!

That was so awesome that I rushed to post the video here and put it in the wrong thread

Tee hee ^^
Looks like FF7 is going to become a Kingdom Hearts-style Action-RPG. I wonder how many purist are furious right now.

I haven't heard any complaints yet, though that's likely because all my friends prefer Action-RPG's to turn based ones.

I thought the confrence was underwhelming overall, aside from 3 notable highlights: the Final Fantasy VII gameplay looked amazing; Ni Ni Kuni 2 was a fantastic announcement; and the Team Ninja game called "NIOH" looked insane.
it's like the Souls series mixed with Ninja themed elements - awesome!
I was expecting them to announce one big 1st party game, but that never happened unfortunately. God of War 4 seemed to be a likely candidate, as it has been teased a couple of times, one instance being at last years PSE . Also, that Crash Bandicoot t shirt got me hopeful, but as per usual, nothing came of it.

Wow, almost a whole year since the last post. So... bumping.
We have the PS4 Pro now, I'm wondering if it's as good as it's been hyped, and if it can deliver decent VR.

I am wondering if anyone would be interested in buying an empty box of the PS2 Slim and/or PS3 Slim. I really need to choose between throwing away or passing it to a new owner given the pressure of thirds. For more informations just PM me, please!
I also am looking for someone who would like to keep a T-Shirt from Bioshock. Just like above, PM me if interested!

Bump.
Back in January I had more than enough money to buy the PS4 Slim, but lately I have been wondering if I should've saved up more money (about 150 dollars) to get the Pro. Anyone that has the Pro can confirm the experience of gaming is that much improved over the original/slim?

Using a normal PS4 currently, I hear there's very little improvements with the pro, and it only is really used for the more high end games. Don't expect any framerate increase of any sort, but I hear the quality does look better on few games like Uncharted 4 and Yakuza Kiwami.

The Pro is a great if your using a 4k tv, otherwise, I'm not sure.

I still just have a normal PS4 because I couldn't be bothered to actually buy the pro. I got the Xbox One X, but the normal PS4 does the job for me tbh. When GTA V came out for PS4, I played the absolute hell out of it online. I played it so much that I actually got a Platinum trophy in the game.
The PS2 is definitely my favourite PlayStation console of all time and is literally one of my favourite consoles altogether. I had one for years until it stopped reading games and at the time I was very inconsistent at repairing stuff (though I was 12 lol) and I couldn't fix it. I remember having to replace it with a PS2 slim. To this day though, I have 3 different models of fat PS2's and 2 Slim consoles. I just need something now that can play NTSC PS1 games officially (an NTSC PS1/PS2) and I'll be sorted to play Rayman 1 the right way
Of course I also have a PS1 and PS3.
I'll be interested in getting the PS1 classic if it uses an actual PSX chip instead of emulation and plays Rayman at 60Hz.

Are there any PlayStation users online currently. I’m aware most people here are Nintendo but if you are I figured we could revive this topic

Man my one regret is that I didn’t catch on to PlayStation when PS1 and PS2 came out, those had some really good games.

Yeah, I wish I could’ve been born just that bit earlier to experience the PS2 in its prime
