In part 1 I think there's a pit with a coffin down the bottom and a switch. As well as a medium sized spider ruunnign around, a tiny one sits on the coffin.

I remember that there are also tiny spiders somewhere ( on a web or something? ) in the room where the 1000th lum is.

It's pretty huge actually. Even the small ones are kinda big. About the size of Rayman's hand.

Big spiders are the hardest enemies imo.

It is in the left eye of the skull

Sometimes I wished in Rayman 2 that they must be more hard enemies.
BTW, the big spider also appears in the Canopy.

I hate the huge spiders! If you don't have golden hands, they really own Rayman! :(

I a grave in Tomb of the Ancients there is a big spider that reappear if you kill it! That spider cannot climb or jump however, so it is easy to escape it.

I always just avoid the spiders. Without the power fist, it isn't a fight where you can win by ease. You just lose much health for nothing :(

Yeah, especially in the canopy on the webs. It's their homeground, how can you expect to win? Luckily, you don't have to, you can just run for it. :D

I have actually beaten one of those spiders on many occasions. Fortunately after each hit they pause for about a second, giving you time to run away.

Some spiders are easy to beat, but I've never killed the one in the canopy.

A good tip is to use the purple Lum in the middle of the room. You can swing off it, helicopter, take a shot at the spider and swing back onto the purple Lum. Then this process just needs to be repeated.

Meh, I could beat it if I tried hard enough, but why bother?

It's better when you have a golden fist powerup, but I think these only appear in Revolution.

Those power-ups seem to disappear when I have them. I finish a level and come out without the golden fist. :(

Nope, DS as well.

You get three fists, and each disappears when you get hit by an enemy.
With one though, it's even possible to kill a spider in one single shot if you've unlocked Accumulation 2.

Really? That never happens to me. Maybe it's a glitch then.

I assume that to be the case. It's very annoying though.
