There is some things that aren't good that come from masturbating (besides the acne, though I think that mainly happens to teenage girls.)

Mostly you feel less happy after you're done, and you have less energy. Also, for a some people, you get frustrated a bit easier for a couple of hours.

And if you're too rough, your penis falls off.
