I always knew Harry Potter was complete bullshit. It always seemed to good to be true that there's a school without pointless classes such as Math.

My best guess is googling your problem. If that don't work, go try out the helpdesk or the Adobe forum - someone's bound to have had the problem before or at least someone will know a solution. Do not give them your key though! They might use it and your key will go to waste. Give them some other way of proving you've bought the product, such as a scanned in receipt or an e-mail that confirms your purchase or something.
