What are these then?
First one is obviously the toad from Bog of Murk. The other one looks a bit like the Paluchard to me, but the texture is missing things. I can't really identify it as otherwise.
Edit: After taking a closer look it's indeed Paluchard. Maybe it uses an extra texture for its patterns
Ah yes, that must be it. In the Murfy flight at the very beginning of the game, a Paluchard rises out of the water... this is its texture. Also, I think there are toads hopping away below you and Murfy during that flight.
So when I get to the Bog of Murk, I should encounter those textures again... hm. We'll see.

I think it is also a Paluchard, at least his mouth looks like a hand.

Got something pretty weird for you to think about here.

I was just browsing the textures I extracted with that tool MixerX made, and the texture for the
mysterious bird is named "glute". Yes, as in
Glute. It seems the bird has the same skin texture as Globox, too. But it's... a bird. Mind blown.

The Fairy Council, part 6 (the Teensie Highway) - nothing out of the ordinary.
In the first part of Clearleaf Forest...
That would appear to be a Hoodmonger Officer! However, Officers are first encountered in the Land of the Livid Dead...
(P.S. all the images I posted, and all other ones that will come after this, have been taken from the level-specific textures - no preloaded ones that are meant for general use (e.g. menus))

You already will make the day of Hunch, who was defending since a long time that Glute was not Globox's specie.

Wow, that's interesting. But the texture really has a different skin than Globox - this is what I believe to be Globox' texture:
In Clearleaf Forest part 2 I found the Hoodmonger Officer again. Also I found this:
It seems to be part of a group of textures I'd call "Hoodlum Architecture" - you know, crates and stuff like that that are used to build the hoodlum themed environments. I haven't seen it before, though it might simply be a minute detail stuck on some hoodlum building somewhere... I don't know. Any idea what that is? It struck me as fitting Origin's artstyle.

Yes, but that's not what I meant. I meant that it's similar, in that the bird-like creature also has those vague bumps/spots on the blue part of its skin, just like Globox. That, combined with the fact that the texture is called "glute", is quite odd.

I don't think this proves anything though. If anything, this just makes it more confusing than it already is...

Hmm, I see what you mean. Yeah, it's suspicious...
The Easter Egg would be even better if it was a
real Glute in that cage - like the ones from Rayman 2. Or several Glutes - a Glute family!
By the way, I just went through some Fairy Council files and I noticed the Hoodmonger Officer texture there as well. It's always located right next to the Hoodmonger Private one. I think whenever the Private is needed, the game loads the Officer as well.
While playing through R3 I noticed how every single area is littered with cutscenes. Break a cage? CUTSCENE! Get a power-up? CUTSCENE! Open a door? CUTSCENE! They're unskippable and some of them are quite long... and filled with bad humour... dang, it's really annoying. It's so unnecessary - take R2, it just lets you explore the world. It doesn't throw a cutscene at you every 42 seconds. And because I'm speedrunning through the areas atm (I'm just interested in textures) I'm far more annoyed by them than I normally would be. At the very least they should be skippable. The really important, plot-advancing cutscenes (such as "Rayman visits
another Teensie doctor") are skippable too - why can't the silly ones be like that? Grr...

You can imagine how frustrating it is when you are aiming for high scores, and repeating phases over and over.

Wow... those cutscenes would be
awful in that case...
I might be able to stop the cutscenes from taking control away from Rayman with Cheat Engine... it would take a lot of time to figure out though so I won't be doing it in the immediate future.
I finished Clearleaf Forest. No notable things found.
The Bog of Murk pt. 1:
This one, from the Fairy Council, returns! It's indeed Begoniax. How strange to load her in the first level...
I also found this one right after the "toad" texture we saw before.
This one, right after it, might be related.
I have no idea what it is...
Another strange thing in TBOM pt. 3:

Especially since some are reallyverycertain the characters are talking about each other's butt.

The textures look so much more high-res than they do once in-game. It must be something in the rendering to optimise, I guess, but it's sad that such quality is lost when playing. The textures are beautifully sharp, whereas in the game, they're comparatively crappy.

Looks like a firefly of sorts. Does this ring any bells?

The honeycomb shape makes me think of the lamps at the Bog of Murk. It could be that it was a creature before.

I agree, because I don't think that texture appears for real.
