FLYOS also shared those pictures of the game's current prototype:

Image
"A few cards for Grand Minimus" (erroneous description as cards of the Ninja Teensy, the Goth Teensy and Estelia are also showcased)

Image
"Tokens on the board"

Image
"Some of the game components"

It's all on the wiki article now. :)

Seeing these new pictures makes me think I would appreciate if they made some new art for the cards instead of recycling the old artwork we have already seen..

Looks like some of those might be from RayWiki.

*Ubisoft trying not to recycle their pre-existing content for the billionth time (NIGHTMARE IMPOSSIBLE MODE)*
They even recycle Rayman in non-Rayman games as we mentionned! :noel:

Like the rewards pictures for the Ubisoft Connect release of Jungle Run? :hehe:
The entire future of Rayman is now made out of stolen recycled content from RayWiki. :hap:
We better get on making that Rayman 4 game ourselves then and documenting it on the wiki asap so Ubisoft can make it canon! :P

If that's all it takes... anyone can come up with a better plot than that of Rayman Origins. :hap:

to be honest, most rayman games have a pretty trash plot

R1: guy steals glowing rock
R2: robot guy makes frogs slaves
R3: guy eats a black lum
RO: guy loses his memory
RL: guy multiplies

I mean, if you're going to reduce every games' story to that, then pretty much any media in existence has a "trash" plot too. :hap:

Mario: Angry dinosaur-turtle kidnaps princess.
Zelda: Bluish pigman thief kidnaps princess and steals shiny triangles.
Metroid: Big brain does bad space things with pirates and a purple pterodactyl.
Pokémon: Children engage in illegal animal cage fighting, steal money and beat up mafia members with interests ranging from "7.8/10 TOO MUCH WATER" to being a wannabe Hitler.
System Shock/Terminator/[insert anything with evil AI]: AI has a poopy code issue and tries to be God.
Final Fantasy VII: Super Saiyan eco-terrorist with memory loss tries to stop anime sword guy who develops god complex after finding out "his mom" is an alien with eye-boob and summons a BEEG space rock. :fou:

Those plots may leave to be desired, but at least they don't shit all over what the previous games have established. :P

Hold on a minute, what if someone (me) creates a topic about describing a plot really badly

Go ahead, that idea would be a perfect topic for Record Day!
Could also be a sort of game where people have to guess what you described, like how I've seen the concept been done on Twitter and other communities!

We could make it an official game with ting prizes as well, if anyone would be up for it :P

And it's not even the first time it happens, I would appreciate if they credit us somehow!

In exclusivity, the latest figure to be revealed is that of the Teensy Queen:

It looks great! ☺️ I wonder how many figures there will be, and if Teensies like the Teensy Queen will play identically to the Grand Minimus or they will have their own rules.

I doubt they’ll be any different from each other, since it’d be an unfair advantage if so, and most games aren’t built like that

Hoping I can make a pledge when the campaign is live, lordy knows I need those figures in my life!

Hopefully the final product will turn out good, the figures do look nice even if I would have preferred the old Rayman characters we haven't seen in a long time!

The Teensy Queen figure looks great, I also liked what I saw in the trailer, however I really don't play board games anymore.
