Oh, and I suggest looking around for a few CryEngine fora; those places are the best places to learn things.
well im used to cry engine 2 and they changed a lot of things in CR3 :?

They didn't change a whole lot to do with the interface. What are you having trouble with?

It's pretty much the exact same. There are minor changes, but I'd hardly say it's an adjustment. Can you be even more specific?

I'm not exactly sure what that was supposed to mean....

But anyway, you can query around on crydev.net.
Fora is the plural of forum

Ah, "fora" is only used in the context of the original meaning of "forum" which is a personal meeting place, though it's a rather old, uncommon word nowadays. The plural for internet message boards is simply "forums."

Interesting words you've got there. I think it would be better to stick to "forums" though unless you don't want native English speakers to know what you're talking about. :oops2: You know what I mean though, since I doubt your first language is English (judging from where you live.. Poland or Netherlands right?) the school where you learned it probably wasn't natively English either, and they may teach some things that aren't quite up-to-date or a little weird.

Well, I've said this several times, I'm bi-lingual English. I use English a hell of a load more times than I use Dutch, actually. I can express myself so much more easier in English too - and I'm never seen around a Dutch forum or whatever Dutch internet place either.
And the grammar I insisted on was ancient Latin grammar, not applicable to standard, modern English. I was just noting down the conjugation of the noun 'forum' in Latin (which I'm amazed I can still do, since I've not had any Latin for two years now). For anyone interested, it were the nominative, genitive, dative, ablative and accusative cases in singular and then in plural.
And never have I even seen the word 'forum' in the English text book arise. It was of my own doing - simply because I like the sound of it more. Most people get what I mean, though I will care to explain it to those who don't - but I think I'll stick to fora.

Oh, and we use Oxford training books and CAE exam books to study from at my school. ;)

Anyway, let's not get so sidetracked here that 3DGuy decides to make a Captain Falcon model next... that would mean the end of us.
HYES!

That's pretty interesting actually. But just be careful, probably 99% of people won't know what you mean when you say "fora."

Anyweee, why do people always use that "orbit" tool or whatever that circle thing is? Why not just hold down alt+mouse3 (middle button) to orbit, or alt+shift+mouse3 to pan?

Why? It may be right. 1% is not 1 person, mind you.

Assuming there's about twice as many Dutch people in the world than there is in The Netherlands alone, which is by far a wrong assumption, but just stay with me here, there would be about 30,000,000 Dutch people on the planet. There are 6,000,000,000 people on the planet approximately, so all Dutch people put together would make 0.5% of the World Population... lol. Now assume the only people in the world who are Dutch are in the Netherlands: 0.25% of the world population. Not even one percent would know what I'm talking about, apparently.
Anyway, where I've said it, I'm undestood.

I have no idea! I hate the orbit tool - it's frickin confusing. And usually I can't get the programs using it to snap out of it anymore, or some kind of weird setting stays turned on. In Max, I use the ViewCube primarily and the other mouse buttons to pan/zoom/rotate the camera. Camera controls are the first things I learn about a new 3D editing program.
