Fun item, I wonder where it originates from. Don't hesitate to add it to the
Rayman merchandising wiki page!

You better hope that nobody takes this sentence out of context.

Well, as long as there is only one, the risk is not that high.

I think it's more ironic given the complaints about basketballs and yinyangs going on in the Redemption thread right now!

If it was meant in that context using the word "bouncy", that sounds painful!

Everyone is just gone crazy talking about balls, I mean uh, spherical objects!

It's usually the other part that you retract.

Hi all,
It's not stated under the wiki article, but the Leptys statue (or, at least one of them), is publicly on display at the "computerspielmuseum", a video game museum in Berlin, Germany. It's proudly displayed in the foyer, above the kiosk, and he's coincidentally (or, purposely) placed next to a huge Rabbid holding a gun (from Mario Rabbids Kingdom Battle) statue.
I honestly cried when I saw it. Reading about it for so long and seeing the pictures of it, seeing the statue IN PERSON was the last thing I was to expect when I entered the museum. I'm sure this is one of three..? One from the competition, one that Michel Ancel said he saw in a shop somewhere, and then this one? Not too sure, but it's great to know it's preserved in a gaming museum.
This was back in 2019, no COVID-19 laws were broken!
Here's my own pictures if anyone would like to add to the Wiki (not sure how!):

Hello! It seems that the
merchandising article doesn't say anything about the statue being in a museum, that should be added later. Thanks for sharing the photo.
Also, I was not aware that Rayman Jungle Run
won an award in Germany.

You might want to add about the one that, as of May 2018 (I don't know about now) that was in the National Videogames Museum in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands too.

Here is a photo of the statue from the Computerspielemuseum Facebook page:

And a photo from the Nationaal Videogame Museum Twitter account:

I guess the links could be used as sources in the wiki.

The source would be whoever took the photograph, but of course the name of the museum can be linked to in the description field.
