If they don't accept you, that means you are either not active enough, or you have copyright content. Everyone can try and can always try to apply again if they don't accept you. Depending on your channel, they will either accept you, or recommend you to Yeousch Partnership. If you get accepted but not by them. Contact me on Skype so I can connect you with one person I know from Yeousch. He will help you and you will have interview Skype call with him where you basically fill out some notepad information.
