Re: the comedian thread
Man, John Cleese, Michael Palin and Eric Idle were the best.
Peter Kay was good, and the new Armstrong and Miller shows are alright.
Paul Reubens made jokes for children that were that crap they were laughable. He told one that he didn't make up that was a perfect example of a that-crap-it's-good joke:
A man with no arms applies for a job at the church - he wants to ring the bell every day. He knocks on the church door, and the priest comes out and says 'Yes my son?'
The bloke with no arms replies, 'I'd like to ring the bell every day', and so he does. Every day, he goes up the tower, and runs into the bell with his face. Every day he does this, but one day he misses, and flies right out of the window behind the bell. He hits the ground, and a crowd gathers. 'Who is he?' somebody asks. A bloke examines him and says, 'I don't know his name, but his face rings a bell!'
Terrible, isn't it?
I'd like to recommend Billy Connelly. Absolute genius.

Chris Rock and Dane Cook are the best. There a lot of others I like, and those are my two most favorite.
