Yeah, I'd go far as to say that at present, it's probably impossible. Rayman doesn't have the same size of technically minded folk that fandoms such as Sonic has, we don't have entire games ripped open for modding or study for fan-made engines. We have some members who are looking into the technical aspects of the games, as Project UnlockRay, but they're few in number and there's only so much that they're capable of doing at present.
If you want those engines, my advice would be not to expect, because that sort of thing isn't feasible at present. But you're more than welcome to help the folks who are trying to understand how the games work, which would be a major step forward into making such a request possible.
