Fan-made game (playable) - feedback appreciated

Here are two playable fan-made games a friend of mine have created. The project files are in the links below. The first is based on the game LEGO Rock Raiders, and is roughly completed, though not entirely. The second is a racing game based on the game LEGO Racers 1. Any feedback would be appreciated. Everything you see in the games, have been made from scratch.

How do you actually start the games? Couldn't you compile an exe?
