Rayman Golf

I don't even know where to ask this so I just opened a thread. I forgot all about this until now omg I don't know how. My uncle had a Nokia 7250i camera phone back in 2004 before I even had one with colour (I had a Nokia 3310) and I remember he had Rayman Golf on it which he got back when we had to use WAP for internet.

I don't know how I forgot about it for so long but I remember I used to take his phone and play the game for hours while he was playing Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow on xbox. It was actually a really good game imo especially for a game on an old phone like that.

Did anyone else ever play it or hear of it before?

I used to be so addicted to that game when I was about 12 even though I never played a game newer than Rayman 1 until 2017. I used to play that game for hours upon hours on my uncles phone and not want to give it back to him :P

It runs on java so I'm going to find a way to play it again. That's how much I liked it

I just find it a bit strange though that it completely slipped my mind for about 13 years and it just came to me last night.

I'm pretty sure another way is if you buy a Boxed Copy that works with Nokia phones and the N-Gage. Rayman Bowling had a boxed copy, so maybe Rayman Golf does.
Also back to the N-Gage, J2Me files work with N-Gage as well.

Thanks for the info. I'll have to look into it as I used to be really addicted to this game :P

The funny thing is I used to play this back around the time Rayman 3 was only new out but yet I didn't even know about it. I had no Internet and honestly just never even thought of the series thinking that maybe there was never a sequel

It was only when Origins came out I started to think oh yeah I used to love that game. Then I let my friend tell me origins wasn't good and believed him like an idiot. Only recently I finally played all of the games starting with Origins and they're all amazing :)

Rayman 2 is my favourite but yeah I'll be sure to look into Rayman Golf again ;)

Surely Ireland is close enough since it's the UK's neighbour.

I think I remember seeing this game once, and only once, as an app on my first cell phone, because it was one of those old flip phones. I don’t remember if I ever installed, now I kind of regret it since it’s supposed to be REALLY hard to come by these days.

Personally I wouldn’t mind spending money to get this game and play it, even if I have to get it shipped from the UK. :)

I seriously loved the game. I used to play it so much back in 2004-2005. Back when we used to download polyphonic ringtones. Ah memories. I'd love to have an old phone now just to play Rayman golf :P

Somehow that does not surprise me, considering how increasingly rare old games are becoming in some cases. Sigh....why must everything I want be so expensive (for me anyway) :(

I thought paying £91 (€100) was crazy for the Atari Jaguar copy of Rayman but it doesn't seem so crazy now especially since the console only cost me £30 (€35) :)

I know what you mean though, anything you want is always crazy expensive right?

Pretty Much, Yeah. For me, the Mobile game I would love to play is Raving Rabbids Mobile.
