Welcome to The Designers !

The Designers is a monthly Rayman Designer contest where each person wishing to participate will have to create a level on Rayman Designer based on a chosen theme and publish it here. When the deadline to publish levels is passed, everyone in the community can test and vote each level published, the winner from the 1st until the fourth place will receive tings and the winner of the 1st place will be able to choose the next month's theme.

What the starting date and the deadline for publishing level ?
The contest begin the first day of the month and the the deadline will be on the 21th day of the month. Then, during seven days, everyone in the community can test and rank each level they played.

Reward
Each published level : 10 tings

1st place : 250 tings
2nd place : 125 tings
3rd place : 75 tings
4th place : 50 tings

Rules
Like most of contest in the RPC, there are some rules that must be follows. These are the rules as follows :

• Participants cannot re-submit a level already published here.
• Participants can use custom asset as long as their fit with the selected theme.
• Participants may submit only 1 level a time per month.
• If a participant wants to change their submited level for another, they may do so by posting the new level in the topic and precise that he want to change her old submission.
• Participants cannot vote for is own level.
• When a participants win two month in succession, the participants must then skip the following month.
• When you submit a level, you must indicate : The title, the description, the power used and the difficulty of the level. (Easy-Medium-Hard)

Failure to follow the above rules, will result in punishments such as exclusion of a round to exclusion from the game.

200 Tings Creating Impossible. Cannot Create 200 Tings.

I mean the winner of the 1st place wil recieve 200 tings in the RPC.

Well, I already have a possible submission, but if I'm in the mood in the next few days I'll try to make another level and use that one instead.

I've said this already, and I stand by it, but I think this is an interesting idea. But wouldn't it make more sense to have everybody in the community try the levels and vote on them? Maybe I'm reading this wrong from the rules:

The rule is mostly valid but it doesn't make sense if say, there are 2 entrants since it will inevitably end in a tie since the contestants are the only ones who can vote and they can't vote for themselves. This is the only suggestion I can think of right off the bat for the moment.

1 week huh? Ok I'll try and see what I can do, if I can.

That exactly what i meant, i will correct that.

FWIW, it is actually possible to put 200 Tings in a Designer level if you use the different-toned Tings discovered by Jaxx. You get a new life when you've collected 101 of them.
I doubt I'll be entering anything, but who knows, inspiration may strike!

Since the deadline is over and no submission were published, the theme of this month wil be reported to the next month and the contest wil restart the 1 may 2018.

I'm still working on trying to get Rayman Designer to work on my computer so it might be awhile before I can actually have something that looks like it would be good on here. Incidentally it's time for the contest to restart isn't it Birds?

Wait I never knew this was here, well I always thought there would be something like this. I will probably make a level! Even though my level creating is very shit.

Since the deadline is over and no submission were published, the contest will restart the 1 June 2018 but with a new theme, Band Land.

I'm hoping to actually get around to it this time. I think everyone just happened to be busy these times around.

I have two complete Band Land levels, so when I have the time I will submit one of them.

Wonderful, somebody finally submitted an entry, albeit a bit early! Birds will be interested to see this! But um....do you have any idea how to open this? I've never seen an mp2 file before, nor have any of the methods I've just tried opened it.

Huh? I'm pretty sure it is the theme it's a Band Land level and the theme is Band Land

You have to add it in the mapper by pressing Open>Music>then right click the white part of the window and then open the .mp2 file
