Yes, it's possible to see a Mini Jano having a pink hat in the swamp when you go back to The Marshes of Awakening after beating The Cave of Bad Dreams.

Well, that's not a Mini-Jano, that's Jano himself, just with the wrong position and scaling. Also that's not only in Revolution.
I'm not actually sure about the glitch mentioned in the OP.

I was not aware that this could happen, great find. That video is from 10 years ago, it was always there I we didn't know .

My friend, Rayman 2's been around for 20 years now, and Rayman 3's been around for over 15.

Still, I'm surprised that glitch exists. I've played Revolution (by way of emulator), and I've never gotten that to happen. That makes me curious to play again now to see if i can trigger it haha :D

I always though it was an Easter Egg, not a glitch. They lose their hats once they burrow into the ground and pop up again.

It's a glitch. The model is the same as for Jano and there is a specific trigger in the code where it's supposed to remove the hat, but it can get skipped in some cases.

Like how in the original game, the trigger to play the fight music can get skipped when you meet the mini-Janos there…

I've also had a glitch with them in the DS version where if they eat Rayman when he's at 1 HP (the next hit will take him to the try again screen), rather than the screen fading out and going to the try again screen, Rayman instantly drops from the ceiling onto the ledge before the fight with them with all of his health back. The green lum respawns when this happens, too.

They seem to be very glitchy enemies in general. I mentioned in the Rayman 2 thread the two in the PS1 version of the Sanctuary of Stone and Fire that send fireballs at you when you get close without even stopping and playing the fire breathing animation. Probably one of the reasons they only appear twice in the game despite there being later areas they could fit in with.

Also in the PS2 version, their expression sometimes changes from the regular closed mouth to a creepy open-mouthed grin.
